JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS FOR HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/RN:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California

  • CPR (Basic Life Support)

  • California Driver’s License

QUALIFICATIONS FOR HOME HEALTH RN:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of California.

  • With at least one (1) year experience in Acute Care setting.

  • With (2) two years management or supervisory experience within the past five years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility.

  • Possesses good nursing judgment and excellent in oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making and Quality Management review and evaluation.

  • Knowledge of federal regulations, state licensure requirements and JCAHO standards.
